Product Description
Mothballs are used to kill moths when storing clothing and other items in airtight storage containers. Mothballs are not intended for use outdoors, in crawl spaces, in attics, on floors or carpets, vehicles, with mattresses or furniture to keep away unwanted animals, rodents, pests, and snakes. Improper use of mothballs like any other chemical product, is not safe, and can result in odors.
One common misuse of mothballs is their placement in attics to repel squirrels and other unwanted animals. The mothballs, which are generally made of Naphthalene or Para dichlorobenzene, produce vapors that are heavier than air and can drift downward into living areas. The resulting odors can be intolerable and overexposure to the vapors can result in health hazards.
Smelleze® Mothball Deodorizer Pouch eliminates mothball fumes resulting from improper use and for products that don't dissipate naturally and quickly. Smelleze® will remove mothball odors faster without masking them with fragrances, complement existing ventilation systems, and create a safer environment.
For a breath of fresh air, hang one or more reusable Smelleze® pouches near the odor and place on or inside return air ducts and smell the difference. Use one pouch per area or for every 150 sq. ft. To rejuvenate, place outdoors in sunlight for a day and reuse. Replace when rejuvenation does not help. Smelleze® can work for years so it is very cost effective.

smelleze eased the smell !

Hung 2 of these outside because I have a crazy downstairs neighbor that insists on throwing entire boxes of mothballs on our lawn to "ward off snakes". The smell was so noxious I couldn't even use my porch. Even after we picked the mothballs up and reported them to authorities, the smell had leeched into the ground. These Smelleze pouches helped the smell on day 1 and we haven't smelled moth balls since. (and the neighbor moved last week!)They work amazingly great! Thanks!

I placed mothballs in my attic to keep away squirrels. Unfortunately, the mothball fumes entered my whole house and the smell was intolerable. After searching on the internet for a solution, I found SMELLEZE Mothball Deodorizer Pouches and decided to give it a try because nothing else worked. The product was delivered promptly and I placed a pouch on every return air vent to filter out the mothball odors as well as in each room. I started noticing a difference within 24 hours and the mothball odors kept getting less each day as they were absorbed by SMELLEZE. Now I can hardly smell anything. I'm extremely happy with SMELLEZE and would highly recommend it to anyone fighting odors.

I am pleased with the company (Intek). I ordered the granules and the USPO decided the box wasn't flat enough and charged us extra postage (over four dollars). When I contacted the company they sent us the reusable Smelleze pouch at no cost (I could have chosen a refund). Both products worked well on a camper that had had FIVE bowls of moth balls in it all winter (actually every winter). The company responded to my email the same day and immediately shipped the pouch. Great service and product!
If you really want to rid smell, use Smelleze®. It eliminates tough smell without masking with harmful fragrances. Simply place in area with odors to get the odor out.
