Can fit 20 x12 with some cutting!

Well, this was exactly what it said it was, however, my home's filter size is 20 x 12. So, with a little cutting and drilling, it will fit, and I've got two mesh inserts, so I can just swap out instead of washing, drying, and then replacing. Great product!

Pricey but a good filter

Recently got this as an alternative to the replaceable filters that you have to change out and throw away after 3 to 6 months. These filters work great and have a lifetime warranty. They filter as good if not better than the regular throw away filters and they help save the enviroment from waste too. The only thing that keeps it from 5 stars is the price. These are pricey as compared to the throw aways but considering you should never have to replace it, it will make up for in time.

This was one of the best deals, I bought from Amazon, I use to have probloms to find a filter to fit inside our furnis the (Heater)...It was better than it was discribed, came fast, easy to adjust to the right size, no drilling no screws only just 2 cuts and voila it is the best filter I ever had, and best thing is no more buying replasments. Sorry for the grammar !
