Pleasantly surprised, but stopped working soon

After doing a lot of research and reading reviews on other car ionizers, I settled on this one. I was skeptical that it would work, but I was tired of "air fresheners" that made my car smell worse after I used them. After a day of being plugged in, the cigarette and leather smell was *gone* from my car, and according to some friends my car's interior didn't smell like anything - no scent at all.Unfortunately, it completely stopped working after 3 months. 3 out of 5 stars (would have been 5/5 if it hadn't broken).

I'm not a skeptic.....i'm a realist! I'm rational. I'm perhaps pessimistic, but this thing really does take the smells out of my bfs vehicle! He smokes & i'm so sensitive to the smell it can make me throw up at times!This ionizer takes care of that! :)

Do not expect instant air cleaning or some fresh scent. I will take a little before you realize thee is no smell. For the price I think it is a good buy. Definitely better than the smelly air freshener that just cover one smell with another.
