I purchased this as a night light for my bathroom and thought that if it worked as an air purifier, all the better! However, it is wonderful as an air purifier - it gives you a nice whif of fresh air! Doesn't do a very large space mind you. When you stop smelling fresh air, it's time to clean the collector!

I have had this product for two years now and I have been please with it will be ordering a few more, I bought the bell & Howell and it broke down in six months just the fan works.

I will say that this is for small areas and will NOT clean the air in a large room.However, with that said I purchased this little gem to cut down on the odor from my cats litter pan. Now, did it work right away, the day after or even the day after that? NO, but every day you could tell an improvement until finally there was no odor at all.Keep in mind this is a 12' x 12' room and generally larger than this product would take care of but it has done the trick.It comes with an extra set of blades so when you take a set out to clean them you can just pop the second set in and you're back up and running. The blades are easy to change and simply pull out of the top of the unit.Now once, I noticed that the odor was winning the battle so I took the blades out, cleaned them and back to clean again. This was after a few weeks of running.You CAN NOT turn the night light off which I wish you could but I won't drop a star for something that minor as some would.In summary, I purchased it knowing it was for a small space, I asked it to do more than what it was designed for and after a few days it had accomplished the task and can maintain the air quality in the room. I would suggest clicking add to cart and giving this little guy a try.
