Each pack of Smokeeze cigarette filters contains 30 small plastic filters that fit on the end of a standard or 100s size cigarette (will not accomodate slims). Each filter is good for 4-6 cigarettes. Not as good as quitting, but helps a lot

Greatly reduced my dependency on nicotine, but does nothing to reduce the "habit" part of smoking. I can go much longer without smoking after using this for a few weeks. Now I refuse to smoke without it.

I like the filters okay, but I found that I had to change the filter more often than I thought I would. They do work as far as blocking the tar, but I've found another product that I like better that last longer. I think this product depends on how heavy a smoker a person is. It does work as advertised.

i DO NOT USE THESE FILTERS FOR THE GUARD IN THEM i TAKE IT OUT AND ONLY USE THE FILTER PART BECAUSE I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH CIGARETTES STICKING TO MY LIPS
