Great filter!

Just put this in a few days ago and just looked at it after 3 days of use and was amazed at the amount of dirt it had trapped in that short of time! Fits a little tighter than the Trion filter. Quality as far as durability and media also seem better.

Hard to get very excited about a filter. The product seems to be doing a good job. It is hard to find this size in local stores. The price was right and Prime delivery makes it an even better deal.

Damaged in Shipment, Expensive

Due to the side of this filter being crushed during shipment, it would not seal properly in my filter enclosure. I had to un-bend the outer filter frame and attach a rigid piece of wood inside the frame in order to form a flat outer surface thus allowing a positive seal between the filter and the filter enclosure.The second problem is the expense; but I blame myself for this error. I was very tired when I placed this order and I mistakenly thought this item included two filters (the other filter I nearly ordered contained two filters per box). In that case, this would have been a reasonable price (compared to other 20x25x5 Air Bear compatible filters sold on Amazon.com). When only a single filter arrived, I double-checked Amazon.com and verified that the price is indeed for only one filter. My mistake but, especially considering the time I invested to make the filter usable, it was certainly not worth the price I paid. I now need to purchase another air filter (for my 2nd story HVAC system) but I will search for a different brand / seller. The same filter costs 34% less at Lowe's and I can see whether it is damaged before I purchase it.
