Such a result from a little thing

I am amazed by this CritterZone product. It worked perfectly, no noise, no problems at all. I had questions about exactly how this worked and a representative of the manufacturer actually called me to discuss it. She had suggestions for using this in areas which have had difficult pet stains for a long time. She suggested misting the area, and placing the CritterZone in a tent over the area. Worked very well and in a short time. I am putting my home on the market, have four animals in the house, and the real estate agent could not smell any animal smell at all. Countering the pet odor has been a serious problem for me in the past. Thanks for providing this product.

I have had a multi-cat household for nearly 2 decades now. When I say that I have tried EVERYTHING to control the litter box odor you can rest assured I've done it all: from owning *multiple* $400 litter boxes that self-clean (and even flush themselves!) to sprays and powders and enzyme eaters and different types of litter and air fresheners and $1,000 vacuums... You name it I have tried it. In an ironic twist of fate, over the last 4-5 years I have acquired some allergies (trees, pollen, dairy, etc) so my nose is stuffy quite a lot which means I now **can't smell the litter boxes** when they get out of hand! UGH! NOT so handy! So my only clue to the stinky litterboxes is when my other half comes home saying "WHEW! It smells BAD in here!" (again, embarrassing for me, nor it is pleasurable for him)!Fast forward to last week when I learned about this product. I visited the website and watched the videos with extreme skepticism. I reluctantly purchased thinking "Well, what's ONE MORE? May as well try it." With the 30 day guarantee I figured I had nothing to lose. When it arrived I immediately plugged it in knowing I had about 3 hours before my other half came home. I was out when he arrived so he went in before me. Once I got home he said to me "That odor thing came today, huh?" (I figured he'd seen the empty shipping box which I tried to hide) so I said "Yes, it came". He replied "BOY! I can TELL! I walked in and was like, WHOA! That's amazing! Those things REALLY work!"Needless to say, I was elated! Trust me, for HIM to say "those really work" - truly means IT REALLY WORKS (he has a very sensitive nose)! :)Other reviewers have made comments about an odor and/or the sound of the unit. Yes, it has a low drone to it similar to a white-noise machine but for me its not disruptive at all. The "odor" it puts out I can best describe simply as the smell of "carbonation" for lack of a better term. Almost like the smell of seltzer (odd, I know). Its a clean smell if you ask me but like others have said, I'd much rather have a very slight carbonation smell rather than litter box smell **ANY DAY**!Two thumbs up, CritterZone! THANK YOU for an amazing product!... I'm adding the following comments a few days after my original post above: Just one MORE reason to love this product: I have a very fancy (rather expensive) vacuum cleaner which I don't use on the litter around the litter box because I'm always afraid of "that stink" getting trapped in the vacuum (like many vacuums I've had before). To get around this I buy a cheapo vacuum specifically for the stray litter outside of the box. They'd only last about a year or so and and then I'd have to buy another... BUT NO MORE! Now the litter around the box has NO odor so I'm able to vacuum it up with my "good" vacuum! Again, THANK YOU CritterZone!
